DIXWORKS LLC is a single member limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Connecticut founded on March 8, 2001 by Dennis Dix, Jr. Under the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010, the firm is registered with the SEC and the MSRB. The firm’s objective is to provide exceptional financial advisory and consulting services to medium and smaller-sized Connecticut issuers on a selective basis. The firm’s scope of service covers all traditional aspects of the debt issuance process from initial concept to debt service projections, public and rating agency presentations, preparation and distribution of the official statement, issue sizing and structuring, market timing, and timely delivery of securities and proceeds. In addition, the firm specializes in working with the Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer in preparing and complying with the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) requirement of GASB Statement 34.
