Our Mission
To provide highly reliable, reasonably priced hosted and premise-based Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) telephone solutions and Genie Managed Services. We provide our services to municipalities, schools, libraries and school districts, non-profits and enterprises of all sizes.
Our Background
Formed in August 2009, Genie Innovations, Inc. (DBA IP Genie) is a Connecticut company which designs, produces and distributes next-generation communications products.
These products allow companies of any size -- including Municipalities, Schools, Libraries, Non-Profits and Enterprise accounts -- to take advantage of the newest technology such as Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) which utilizes the organizations internet connection as opposed to relying on the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) which requires hardwired copper cable.
IP Genie specializes in hosted or premise VOIP and includes Unified Communications for audio, video conferencing, Webinar, and Mobility Features for individuals who prefer to work from home.
Our Future
Over the last decade, there has been a widespread adoption of a new communications infrastructure based on IP (Internet Protocol) and Broadband Networks.
Under a ''No-Bid'' contract with the Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) Genie Innovations is authorized to provide the latest Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) technology, Unified Communication and Mobility options to Municipalities, Schools and Libraries.
This infrastructure offers a myriad of technological advances. IP Genie continuously creates partnerships and agreements to deliver a practical yet cost-effective and sophisticated solution to our existing and future state of Connecticut clientele.
