John Turner Consulting, Inc. (JTC) is a multi-discipline consulting and engineering firm founded in 1997. JTC provides a full suite of construction support services including environmental consulting, building sciences, geotechnical engineering, materials testing, special inspections, HMA pavement consulting, resident engineering, and energy reduction/retrofit programs for municipal, transportation, industrial, housing, commercial, academic, and hospitality projects throughout New England, as well as for state and federal agencies.
