About Us

Since our founding in 2004, M&J has grown from a two-person firm into a full-service engineering and construction management firm providing a comprehensive suite of technical and administrative services to support the successful implementation of municipal infrastructure projects. Over 300 employees strong, our size is part of our strength. While we have the experience and resources of a larger firm, we maintain the responsiveness and flexibility of a smaller service provider.
