About Us
MDG is a nationally respected employee benefits firm licensed in 30 states. We assist clients with the design, implementation and administration of employee benefit programs. Our staff members are seasoned insurance professionals with a wealth of industry experience.
In an increasingly regulated employee benefit environment our clients operate in, MDG staff provides clients with expert compliance advice. Our staff serves as an extension of our clients’ Human Resources departments. We are the primary contact for Human Resources departments in regards to any benefit related question. We also serve as advocates for employees’ insurance carrier related issues.
The two principals of MDG are Lynn K. Gurnham, CIC and Matthew D. Libby, MBA, who together have in excess of 30 years in the consulting business. On a consulting and brokerage basis, MDG represents more than 300 companies, non-profit organizations and municipalities. Our offices are located in New York and Connecticut.
