Our staff serves as an extension of our clients’ Human Resources departments. We are the primary contact for Human Resources departments in regards to any benefit related question. We also serve as advocates for employees’ insurance carrier related issues.
The two principals of MDG are Lynn K. Gurnham, CIC and Matthew D. Libby, MBA, who together have in excess of 30 years in the consulting business. On a consulting and brokerage basis, MDG represents more than 300 companies, non-profit organizations and municipalities. Our offices are located in New York and Connecticut.
