The Municipal Law Practice Group of Murtha Cullina LLP includes attorneys with experience that extends to virtually every type of legal service that is required by a municipality. At present, our firm serves as special counsel and/or town attorney to approximately 30 Connecticut municipalities. We serve as general counsel or town attorney for nine Connecticut municipalities: Avon, Cheshire, Clinton, Cromwell, Lisbon, Portland, Rocky Hill, South Windsor and Sterling. We are special counsel to over 25 municipalities (in the areas of land use, environmental law, economic development, water and sewer matters, litigation, legislative, renewable energy, and labor and employment law).
