About Us
Segal is a firm of employee benefits, compensation and human resources consultants
and actuaries. Since 1939, Segal has consulted on total rewards provided
to public sector employees. We serve a wide range of public sector clients, including:

• Statewide employee retirement systems and health benefit plans
• Public school and higher education institutions
• Federal government agencies and other public organizations and entities

Segal’s comprehensive array of results-driven consulting and actuarial services includes

Our services include consulting for: health and welfare plans, retirement plans, compliance, compensation and collective bargaining, claims audits communications, and administrative and technology. Segal is noted for having an objective consulting approach. This means we have no stake in providing answers tied to products or pre-packaged solutions.
